The students of Class I organized a spectacular show “Confluence” on the theme, “Joining together.” The programme started with a Prayer Song followed by a dance Swagatham to welcome the parents. The children presented skits and dances on all subjects of the curriculum – English, Hindi, Telugu, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computers and P.E.
The Chairman, Sri. A. Murali Mukund, appreciated the confidence of the students and the efforts of the teachers. He emphasized on the importance of implementing morals and values amongst the students. The Academic Committee Chairman, Sri. K. Krishnadev Rao appreciated the performance of students.
The Academic Director, Ms. G. Sree Devi, appreciated the way the children performed. She spoke about the importance of giving students an opportunity to hone their skills and talents. The Primary Headmistress, Ms. Sonia Nagpal spoke about the motto behind the programme i.e. to bring all the students on the stage and make them confident. She thanked all the students and teachers for making it a grand success.

The students of class IX and XI of Jubilee Hills Public School bid a grand farewell to their seniors of class X and XII in the school premises. Students of class IX and XI welcomed their seniors and said that bidding adieu to seniors is very painful and that they would always remain in their hearts even after leaving the school. A few students of class X shared their experiences in the school. They said that the school had given them the finest teachers, wonderful friends for life and a platform to prove themselves.
The Principal Ms. M Varalakshmi wished the students good luck for the future and asked the students not to forget their school and teachers.
The Academic Director, Ms.G.Sree Devi in her speech accentuated that though the teachers are very sad to leave the children whom they have nurtured for so many years, they are happy to send confident students who can face the challenges of world. She made a special mention of the fact that, in their students’ success lies the fulfillment of the teachers and the school.
The outgoing students along with their teachers enjoyed the cultural programmes organized by their juniors. The tradition of crowning Mr. and Miss JHPS was decided on the basis of ramp walk and different rounds of questioning. Ms. JHPS title was won by P. Mrudhula and Mr. JHPS by Harsha Potluri, for class X and Ms. Lakshmi Archana Kasturi and Mr.Rahul Thomas for class XII. The outgoing batches were given mementoes as a token of love and sweet reminiscences of the school.

Jubilee Hills Public School organized a spectacular show “Odyssey” on the theme, “People who impact and influence the lives of students” that showcased the skill and talent of each and every student of Class II.
The programme started with Swagatham and the students performed a dance to welcome the parents. All the 260 students of class II came on the stage either as a speaker, performer, dancer, singer or an orator.
The Principal, Ms. M.Varalakshmi welcomed the gathering and reiterated that apart from academics, co-curricular activities are also very important for the holistic development of a child. ‘Odyssey’ is a sincere attempt to bring forth the inherent talents of Class II children.
The Primary Headmistress, Ms. Sonia Nagpal spoke about the motto behind the programme i.e. to bring all the students on the stage and make them confident individuals, individuals who are well informed, ethical and decision makers and who can take on the challenges of life head on. She said that such programmes bring about a strong bonding and team work between the teachers and their students.
The Chairman Sri. A. Murali Mukund, appreciated wonderful performance of the students and the teachers for motivating each and every child to showcase his or her talent. He also said that organizing such programmes help the children lose stage fear, gain confidence and become more focused and attentive in their academics too. The Academic Committee Chairman, Sri. K.Krishnadev Rao appreciated the involvement of teachers and students in full swing. The Academic Director, Ms. G. Sree Devi, appreciated the way the children are shaped up through hard work and determination. She emphasized that education is not only text book studying, but also life skill learning. Success can be achieved when people shed their inhibition and showcase their talents. She also thanked all the parents for the cooperation they have extended to make the programme successful.
