In recognition to his contribution to the education sector and his excellent work in the field of School Education, Sri Athota Murali Mukund, Chairman, Jubilee Hills Public School, Hyderabad, was bestowed with Lifetime Achievement Award by Times Business Awards, Hyderabad.

Sri A. Murali Mukund received the award from Sri. G. Kishan Reddy, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Development of Nort Eastern Region of India, Hyderabad on 23rd September 2002, at Novotel, Hyderabad.

Sri A. Murali Mukund is a renowned educationist in Hyderabad, with a passion for igniting young minds with holistic education along with latest technology leading them towards being responsible citizens and good human beings. He has also been the pioneering force behind introducing advanced and sophisticated infrastructure like smart boards and e-technology for all the classrooms way back in 2007 at JHPS which set the trend of e -learning in Hyderabad.

To keep the festive spirit alive, and enlighten the students about our glorious culture and tradition, Dussehra was celebrated in Jubilee Hills Public School in a special assembly with great splendour and festivity.

Various cultural programs, including skits depicting the mythological significance of Dussehra, were performed by the students. The highlight of the program was the dance performance displaying the various forms of Goddess Durga. Students performed foot tapping dances with the floral decorations to ‘batukamma’ songs, filling the air with festive fervour.

Smt. M.Varalakshmi, Principal, participated in the celebrations. While speaking on the occasion, Chairman, Shri A. Murali Mukund, thanked the parents for their gracious presence and stressed on the need to identify each child’s inherent talent by parents and teachers. He also urged the teachers to make the children confident and prepare them for the future. The joyous events lit up the atmosphere and brightened the festive mood in the school.

Jubilee Hills Public School, Hyderabad, has been bestowed with an IndiGlobal Award for contributing towards excellent work in Secondary Education, at the second IndiGlobal Education Festival, in Hyderabad. The flagship Annual Conference was held on September 16 and 17, 2022, in association with Collegiate and Technical Education Department, Govt of Telangana.

On behalf of the school, Principal, Smt. M.Varalakshmi, received this award from Mr. Naveen Mittal, IAS, Commissioner of Technical and Collegiate Education, Government of Telangana.

During the panel discussions, Smt. M. Varalakshmi spoke about various courses and options available for children after class 10.
