Keeping pace with the festive season, Dussehra was celebrated in Jubilee Hills Public School with ecstasy and fervour on 27.09.19. It is the festival which dent the victory of good over evil. On this special occasion various programmes like dance drama and dances were presented by the sparky tiny tots of Pre-Primary Section. The Head Girl Aahana welcomed the gathering. The programme started with a prayer song followed by speeches in Telugu and Hindi which threw light on the significance of the festival. The dance drama “Narayani Namostute was a feast to the eyes”. The atmosphere was ecstatic with the special dance performance of Batukamma, the floral festival of Telangana. The programme came to an end with vote of thanks proposed by the Head Boy Master Vihaan. It was a day of gala celebration.
To commemorate the birth of lord Ganesh, the students of Pre-Primary celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi on 30.08.19 with great spectacle and splendour. The programme commenced with a prayer song followed by a welcome speech by Head Girl Ms. Aahana. The students and the teachers together performed Ganesh puja followed by an array of speeches,dances and songs to emphasize more on the significance of the festival.The whole ambience was changed with festive mood and it was reverberated with the shouts of “Ganapati Bappa Moriya”.
The programme was concluded with great joy,happiness and devotion towards Lord Ganesha. Vote of thanks was proposed by Head Boy Master A. Vihaan.
To empower the students with diverse kind of flora and fauna, the school organized an educational field trip to Nehru Zoological Park and Botanical Gardens for the classes LKG and UKG on 21st and 22nd August, 2019. Learning from outdoor experiences became a reality for the students whether it was the closeness to the wild life or viewing the natural beauty and the sprawling lawns in the gardens.
Children thoroughly enjoyed being close to the nature, having fun with their friends and teachers. The trip ended on a happy note and the children had enough information to share with their parents.
Jubilee Hills Public School organized Fresher’s Day for the students of LKG on Wednesday 10.07.19 in the school premises. The event was filled with wonderful Programmes.
Chairman Sri A. Murali Mukund, Principal Ms. M Varalakshmi, the Primary and Pre-Primary Headmistress, Ms. C. Srilatha graced the occasion. The programme started with a prayer song followed by welcome speech by Head Girl Miss Ahana Behura.
The students presented welcome dance and some foot-tapping numbers like zumba and butterfly dance. This was followed by a skit on Classroom Scenario. LKG students participated in Miss and Master Fresher and Miss and Master Smiley Contests. The winners of Miss and Master Fresher Contest were Ivaan Chugh and Sudhiti Agarwal, Dishitha and Gaman Vinnakota were the winners of Miss and Master Smiley Contest.
Vanamahotsavam was also celebrated on this occasion Miss Joann Sarah spoke few lines about the importance Vanamahotsavam . As a part of the celebration children came in green colour dress and brought green lunch. The programme ended with vote of thanks by Head Boy Master A. Vihaan.
Orientation is an opportunity for the parents to get an overview of the school, and its systems. Going to school gives students a new exposure to learn new things. Starting a school means, a new journey for both the parent and the child. To make this journey more easy and comfortable Jubilee Hills Public School conducted an Orientation Program for new admission parents of classes LKG & UKG on 29th March, 2019.
The Orientation Program began with the prayer song followed by a welcome speech by UKG Coordinator Ms. Nalini.
The Academic Director, Ms. G Sreedevi addressed the parents and briefed about the learning process, maintaining their health and taking care of the students for overall development throughout the year. The Programme was then followed by the Principal appraising about the school rules and regulations and the facilities.Later the session was taken over by the Pre Primary Coordinator Ms. Samatha and the Headmistress of the Pre-Primary and Primary department Ms. Srilatha. They have enlightened the parents about the department, Scholastic and Co- Scholastic areas, teaching methodology and the assessment process.
The teachers were introduced to the new parents by the Headmistress Ms. Srilatha. An open session was conducted by the Principal Ms. M.Varalakshmi, the Academic Director Ms. G Sreedevi, The Pre- Primary and Primary Headmistress Ms. Srilatha.C where the queries of the parents were answered. The enthusiasm of the parents was evident as they made the session interactive by asking questions and clarify their doubts. The programme ended with parents visiting the classrooms, and meeting the class teachers.
Jubilee Hills Public School celebrated Graduation Day to honour the young enthusiastic learners of Preprimary for their commendable performance during the academic session 2018-19. The occasion was graced by the Chairman Sri A Murali Mukund, the Principal Ms. M Varalakshmi, the Academic Director Ms. G SreeDevi, the Vice Principal Ms. Ruchi Sabharwal, the Secondary Headmistress Ms. G Durga and the Pre Primary and Primary Headmistress Ms. Srilatha C. The ceremony was also attended by the parents of the Preprimary students.
The celebration commenced with welcoming the dignitaries by the Head boy Master Reyaansh and Head Girl Miss Vidheya of Preprimary. The Headmistress Ms. Srilatha.C addressed the gathering. The Programme started with a prayer song. The event comprised of an array of programs like skits, dances and speeches which mesmerized the audience. Skit on “Say No To Plastic” made the audience rethink their actions that effect the environment. Besides all these they also had the most important part of the day- Graduation Ceremony started with smart and beautiful students of UKG who were dressed in graduation robes and caps walking on to the stage. All the dignitaries took part and felicitated the students of all the sections with Certificate of Graduation. Children looked pretty in their graduation robes and caps. It was indeed a joyous and memorable day for the little ones as they received their Graduation Certificates from the guests.
The Academic Director Ms. G SreeDevi addressed the gathering and advised the parents to be patient with children and lead them by example. Her invigorating words enlightened the parents. The programme ended with the vote of thanks given by the Preprimary Head Boy Master Reyaansh Gopishetty.
The bonding between grandparents and grandchildren is unique and one of the most precious relationship in the world. In our Indian society grandparents are the pillars of strength in the family.
Jubilee Hills Public School organised Grandparent’s Day “Pranaam” on 17.11.2018. Pre-Primary students presented a very colourful and energetic programme on this occasion. The programme comprised of skits, dances and songs. Audience enjoyed the programme. The tiny tots were able to touch the hearts of their beloved grandparents in their
own special way and thanked grandparents for their love and support. One of the special attraction of this day was the photo gallery where photographs of the children with their grandparents were displayed. At the end of the programme grandparents also shared their views and expressed their joy as they witnessed the marvellous programme.
Unconditional love is the basis of any lasting relationship, specially the bond between parents and their children. To honour the love and dedication of parents, Jubilee Hills Public School organised Rangmanch for classes UKG E,F,G& H on Saturday 04.08.18 . The theme of the programme was “Modernity in Tradition”. The Chairman Sri A. Murali Mukund, the Principal Ms. M Varalakshmi, the Academic Director Ms.G. Sree Devi graced the occasion.
The programme started with a prayer song followed by welcome address by Primary Incharge HeadmistressMs. C. Srilatha. Cultural show began after the welcome address was given by Vidheya from UKG – E. The programme included speeches on the colours Red and Yellow and theme speeches on Tradition and Technology.Students performed welcome dance , tradition dance ,robo dance ,mickey mouse dance , ketchup dance and at the end a fusion dance. A skit was also presented by the students which was a reflection of the past and present.
The Chairman Sri A. Murali Mukund appreciated all the teachers for training the students and he told that the programme was a blend of tradition and technology.He encouraged the audience with his valuable words. Parents
also shared their views about the programme. They were happy to see their children performing on the stage and they appreciated the efforts of all the teachers. Vote of thanks was proposed by Master Vivaan of UKG – G followed by National song.
The very purpose of Fresher’s Day is to welcome new comers in a friendly atmosphere. It is the day where seniors and juniors finally bond. Jubilee Hills Public School celebrated Fresher’s Day and Vanamahotsav on 11.07.18 in the
school premises. The Academic Director G.Sreedevi, the Vice Principal Ms.Ruchi Sabharwal, H.M Secondary Ms.Durga and the H.M. Pre-Primary and Primary Ms. C.Srilatha graced the programme.
The programme started with a prayer song by U.K.G. students. The children were happy to see the dance performances “Anybody can dance” and “Pompom dance”. The highlight of the programme was Master and Miss Fresher’s and Master and Miss Smiley contest. The winners of Master and Miss Fresher’s contest were Angad Dinesh Rajani and Sirimalla Ruchira Vibhasher from LKG-G and winners of Master and Miss Smiley contest were Master Shourya from LKG-G and Miss Vedha Vinod from LKG-A. The winners were felicitated by the Academic Director Ms. G Sreedevi. In the context of Vanamahotsav, a speech was delivered by UKG-C students Nichay and Nihaal on save trees followed by a dance drama presented by the U.K.G students. In lieu of Vanamahostav, students came in green colour dress and brought green lunch.
Jubilee Hills Public School started the new academic year with Rangmanch of U.K.G- A, B, C and D which took place on Saturday, 7th July, 2018. The Chairman Sri. A Murali Mukund, the Principal Ms. M Varalakshmi, the Academic Director Ms.G. Sreedevi and the Primary HeadmistressMs.C.Srilatha graced the occasion.
The theme of the programme was Flora and Fauna. The programme started with a prayer song followed by welcome address by the Headmistress Ms.C. Srilatha. In her speech, she said that,as parents and teachers we should build confidence, responsibility and also instigate the innate ability of the child by asking and answering questions.
The show began with a beautiful song and dance on ‘Sky is Smiling’ followed by other cultural events like skit on uses of Trees, Jamboree dance and ‘Na Kato Mujhe’dance which were heart touching. Amessage oriented dance on Save Trees, depicted the importance of trees in human lives.
The children showcased their talents not only in dances but also in delivering wonderful speeches on Nature, Pollution and the Mother Earth. Green and Blue colour Day was also celebrated along with Rangmanch where in students spoke about the significance of these colours.The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks.Last but not the least, they also made the audience to take Pledge to Save Trees. Lastly, a dance on save trees was performed along with the Vote of Thanks.
