1. First Level:

It is suggested that the complainant should take up the matter with the school authorities through school email i.e Info@jhpublicschool.com  or personally visit the school during visiting hours.

2. Second Level:

If the complaint is not resolved for more than 3 days, you can then address your complaint to grievance cell. Principal@jhpublicschool.com

3. Third Level:

If the issue is not resolved for more than a week then the complainant may send his/her grievance to the Grievance authorities through the following Link :
