Jubilee Hills Public School Organized Educational Field Trip to Jagisa Apparel Factory for Class 9 and Sr. Secondary Students

To provide hands-on learning experiences beyond the classroom, Jubilee Hills Public School recently organized an educational field trip to the Jagisa Apparel Factory in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, for Class 9 and Sr. Secondary students. This field trip aimed to give students practical insights into the textile and apparel industry, fostering a deeper understanding of the manufacturing process and its various stages.

At the factory, students observed how fabric is transformed into finished garments, from cutting and stitching to quality control and packaging. The Jagisa team provided a guided tour, explaining each step of production and demonstrating the machinery and techniques involved in apparel manufacturing. This interactive session allowed students to connect classroom learning with real-world industry practices about the field of manufacturing and design.

Accompanied by their teachers, the students engaged actively, and explored the place. The factory’s management also emphasized the importance of skill development, teamwork, and quality assurance in the industry.

This field trip not only expanded students’ understanding of industry dynamics but also emphasized the importance of sustainability in fashion. The visit to Jagisa Apparel Factory has enriched the students’ academic experience, providing them with practical insights and a fresh perspective on future career paths
