FREEHAND DRAWING AND COLOURING COMPETITION

Jubilee Hills Public School conducted a Freehand Drawing and Colouring competition for LKG and UKG students on 1.11.23.
The enthusiastic participation was visible as they projected their creative skills on paper. They exhibited freehand drawing. It helps to develop appreciation for observation, creative thinking, creative drawing and imagination. It also encourages learning about the environment.

The objective of freehand drawing and colouring is to develop simple perception skills, accuracy of shape, coordination of eye and hand skills, and sighting with a pencil, memory drawings.
Drawing is the way of imagining the environment in its natural sense and displaying it in a colorful manner.

Colouring fosters practice and awareness of colours. It develops fine motor skills, concentration, patience and colour recognition.

The entire competition was fruitful.
