The students and staff of Jubilee Hills Kindergarten School and Jubilee Hills Public School celebrated ‘DASARA’ in advance with great enthusiasm and energy. A special assembly was conducted in which students spoke on the significance of the festival and how it is celebrated throughout the country. Cultural programmes were conducted in the school premises. The highlight of the programme was the students performing a dance drama – “Navadurga” in which the various forms of Durga were depicted. A traditional dance on the importance of goddess Meenakshi was presented by the students in a graceful manner. The children enjoyed the mesmerizing performances.
The Principal, Ms. M. Varalakshmi and The Academic Director, Ms.G.Sree Devi, appreciated everyone for presenting a wonderful programme and wished everybody a Happy Dasara and a happy vacation.

The students and staff of Jubilee Hills Public School celebrated Teachers’ Day-Guru Brahma Day with grandeur. Students spoke about Dr.Sarvepalli Radhakrishna and expressed their love and affection towards their teachers through a variety of programmes.
The Academic Director, Ms. G. Sree Devi, wished all teachers and narrated a real life incident of a teacher who was remembered by his students even years after. She read out the Oath given by former President of India, Dr.Abdul Kalam for the B.Ed graduates. This gave an inspiration and motivation for the teachers to go ahead with zeal in accomplishing their duties.
The Principal, Ms. M.Varalakshmi read out the e-mail message sent by the Prime Minister of India, Mr.Narendra Modi. She reiterated his points saying that a teacher’s commitment and passion towards his/her work will shape the destiny of the nation.
The Chairman, Sri. A. Murali Mukund wished all the staff members and requested the teachers to understand the value system and impart values to students along with their lessons. He stressed on the point that a teacher should become a role model and inspire the student to understand and follow values.
